Why we don’t list a fixed price
Every animal we offer is a living creature, and shipping a live reptile or mammal safely and legally is very different from shipping an ordinary product. The final price you pay depends on:
- Your destination country — import permits, CITES documentation, customs duties, and courier live-animal surcharges vary significantly from one country to another.
- The species — some species are regulated under CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) and require export/import permits on both sides.
- The shipping method — live animal air cargo, IATA-compliant packaging, and temperature-controlled handling are priced per shipment, not per item.
Because of this, we quote every order individually rather than publishing a one-size-fits-all price that could be inaccurate — or worse, that hides real compliance costs from you.
How to get a quote
- Browse our animals and pick the species you’re interested in.
- Tap “Contact us for a shipping quote” on the product page, or message us directly on WhatsApp.
- Tell us your destination country (and city, if known). We’ll confirm the details below.
- Once you confirm, we prepare the animal, complete all export paperwork, and arrange IATA-compliant live-animal shipping.
- Whether the species can legally be imported into your country
- Required permits/documentation (CITES, veterinary health certificate, etc.)
- Total cost: animal price + packaging + live-animal courier fee + any customs duties on your side
- Estimated transit time
Our commitment
- We only ship animals that are healthy and fit for travel, packed according to IATA Live Animal Regulations.
- We handle all Egyptian export documentation on our end.
- Import compliance in the destination country (permits, licenses, quarantine rules) is the buyer’s responsibility. We will tell you what we know based on experience, but local regulations change — please verify with your own country’s wildlife/customs authority before ordering, especially for CITES-listed species.
- We do not ship where prohibited by Egyptian export law or by the destination country’s import law.

ليه مفيش سعر ثابت على المنتجات؟
كل حيوان بنعرضه هو كائن حي، وشحن زاحف أو حيوان حي بأمان وبشكل قانوني مختلف تمامًا عن شحن أي منتج عادي. السعر النهائي بيعتمد على:
- دولة الوصول — تصاريح الاستيراد، مستندات اتفاقية سايتس (CITES)، الجمارك، ورسوم شركات الشحن الخاصة بالحيوانات الحية بتختلف بشكل كبير من دولة لتانية.
- نوع الحيوان — بعض الأنواع منظمة بموجب اتفاقية سايتس وبتحتاج تصاريح تصدير واستيراد من الجانبين.
- طريقة الشحن — الشحن الجوي للحيوانات الحية، والتغليف المطابق لمعايير IATA، والتحكم في درجة الحرارة، كل دا بيتم تسعيره حسب كل شحنة على حدة.
عشان كدا، إحنا بنقدّم عرض سعر لكل طلب على حدة بدل ما نحط سعر ثابت ممكن يكون غير دقيق — أو الأسوأ، يخفي عنك التكاليف الحقيقية.

- دوس على “تواصل معنا لعرض سعر الشحن” في صفحة المنتج، أو راسلنا على واتساب مباشرة.
- قولنا دولتك (والمدينة لو تعرفها). هنأكدلك التفاصيل تحت.
- بعد ما توافق، بنجهز الحيوان، ونكمل كل أوراق التصدير، وننظم الشحن حسب معايير IATA للحيوانات الحية.
- هل الحيوان دا ممكن يتم استيراده قانونيًا لبلدك ولا لأ
- التصاريح والمستندات المطلوبة (سايتس، الشهادة الصحية البيطرية، إلخ)
- التكلفة الإجمالية: سعر الحيوان + التغليف + رسوم شركة الشحن للحيوانات الحية + أي رسوم جمركية عندك
- المدة المتوقعة للشحن
التزامنا
- بنشحن الحيوانات السليمة صحيًا واللي قادرة على السفر فقط، ومغلفة حسب معايير IATA.
- بنتكفل بكل أوراق التصدير من مصر.
- الالتزام بقوانين الاستيراد في بلدك (التصاريح، التراخيص، الحجر الصحي) هي مسؤولية المشتري. هنقولك اللي نعرفه من خبرتنا، بس القوانين المحلية بتتغير — يُرجى التأكد من الجهة المختصة بالحياة البرية أو الجمارك في بلدك قبل الطلب، خصوصًا للأنواع المدرجة في اتفاقية سايتس.
- مبنشحنش لأي مكان ممنوع فيه الشحن حسب قانون التصدير المصري أو قانون الاستيراد في الدولة المستقبلة.
